If a joint venture company is created with a corporation to take the innovation to market, ownership is structured as follows:
50% to the corporate partner, 25% to the creator, and the remaining 25% shared between the platform, the fractional CTO, and the fractional CEO who helped build and commercialize the venture.
*If an immediate acquisition occurs without forming a new company, the creator retains 50% ownership of the outcome.
